Dimension Investments plans to start the placement of "Finca" UCO CJSC՛s AMD-denominated 12% fixed-rate coupon bonds on June 25.

It should be noted that since 2017, this is the 16th issuance of bonds by FINCA Armenia.


The terms of the bonds are the following:

• The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 12%
• Volume of the placement: AMD 1,100,000,000
• Nominal value of one bond: AMD 50,000
• Coupon frequency: quarterly
• Maturity period: 30 months
• The placement takes place between June 25, 2024 and July 1, 2024.

 
The interest income from listed bonds in the Republic of Armenia is exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax.
