Dimension Investments plans to start the placement of Finca UCO CJSC’s AMD-denominated 12% fixed-rate coupon bonds on June 25.

The terms of the bonds are the following:
 
•    The annual coupon rate of the bonds: 12%
•    Volume of the placement: AMD 1,100,000,000
•    Nominal value of one bond: AMD 50,000

•    Coupon frequency: quarterly
•    Maturity period: 30 months
•    Maturity date: 25.12.2026
•    The placement takes place between June 25, 2024 and July 1, 2024.
 
Dimension Investments reported that the interest income from listed bonds in Armenia is exempt from income tax and non-resident profit tax.
